Thank you for shopping with Velikana. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request an order cancellation only by emailing us at velikanastationery@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
A cancellation fee of ₹89 or $1 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery if you do not wish to accept the order.
Velikana reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Order can only be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.

No return facility is available right now. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing velikanastationery@gmail.com with proof (images/videos).
After reviewing the issue, Velikana may approve a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
