1. Shipping Locations

  • We ship across India.
  • International shipping is available, but its availability may vary based on the destination and courier service.
  • If we are unable to deliver internationally due to any issues, the full amount will be refunded through the same payment method used during the purchase.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will most likely be processed on the next business day, but we will try our best to process them sooner whenever possible.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 6-10 business days
  • Remote Areas & International Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

🚚 Note: Delivery times may be affected due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.

4. Order Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking updates will be provided on your WhatsApp number.
  • Currently, tracking is not available through other channels, so please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct when placing an order.

5. Important Delivery Information

  • Our courier partners will not attempt re-delivery if the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt.
  • Please ensure you are available on the day of delivery and provide accurate address details.
  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any losses.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at velikanastationery@gmail.com for assistance.
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier service and provide a resolution.
